Body Basal Temperatures

While BBTs, as they are commonly called, do not predict ovulation, they do confirm ovulation has occurred by having sustained high temperatures after ovulation.  After a few months of charting,  a pattern will emerge which will allow prediction of possible ovulation days in the following months.  (For the basics of charting BBTs, please refer to the BBT page.  For sample bbt charts, please click here.)
