Infertility is defined as the inability to achieve pregnancy after one year or more of unprotected intercourse.

Approximately one third of infertility is due to problems with the female, one third due to problems with the male, and one third due to problems with the male and female both.

In any given cycle, the odds of pregnancy are approximately 20% when the couple is fertile and intercourse is timed correctly.  This is due to the inefficiency of the human reproductive system.   Many pregnancies end so quickly that the couple never even realize that the egg was fertilized.

So, for all those couples who are having trouble achieving their dreams of pregnancy, this site is hoped to be a starting point for your dreams of parenthood.
